Professor Qu Xinjiu's On the Judicial Implementation of the Principle of Proportionality Between Crime and Punishment, Professor Shu Guoheng's Breaking Free from the Quagmire of Concepts—A Distinction Between Jurisprudence and Philosophy of Law, Professor Jiao Hongchang's Establishing a National Official Oath of Office System, and Professor Wu Mingyang and Professor Ma Lina's Scientific Definition and Holistic Innovation of the Research Object of Theoretical Economics are also highlighted as key papers in the Review. The Review of Political Science and Law (Volume 2001) includes a total of 35 papers, including 28 faculty papers and 7 student papers.
