Features: This book is a preliminary publication of the civil part of the "Investigation Records of Civil and Commercial Customs" collected by the Legal Revision Bureau of the Former Beijing Government Ministry of Justice and the judicial authorities of various provinces and regions. The book is divided into four parts. Part 1: General Customs of Civil Law; Part 2: Customs of Property Rights; Part 3: Customs of Credit Rights; Part 4: Customs of Family and Inheritance. Since the publication of the annotated edition of "Civil Custom Investigation Report" in 2000, it has been widely recognized by both academia and the public. However, we have also discovered some proofreading errors in the original text. Therefore, after consulting with the publisher, we have decided to rereview the entire book and publish a revised edition. This rereview primarily corrects some proofreading errors in the preface and the main text. Given that the original table of contents is comprehensive but also lengthy and overlaps with the main text entries, all sub-items under the original sections have been deleted in this revised edition, leaving only the chapter and section headings in the table of contents.
