Features: Since 1997, the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) has been collaborating with the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) to jointly build the legal framework for the market economy in China. One of the key collaborative topics has been assisting in the revision and drafting of the "China Partnership Enterprise Law." To date, GTZ and the NPC have organized two seminars, bringing together Chinese and foreign experts to analyze and discuss issues related to the revision of the partnership enterprise law. This volume compiles the presentations and related materials from Chinese and foreign experts at the seminars held in 2001 and 2002, providing valuable insights into the drafting process and serving as a useful reference for legal professionals. It has also contributed to advancing the revision and drafting of the partnership enterprise law.
