The content in this collection is arranged in the following classification order: Laws, Administrative Regulations, Regulatory Documents, Departmental Rules of the State Council, Judicial Interpretations. Within each category, the items are listed in chronological order of promulgation. The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged in the administrative division order approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative divisions with more than two items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This collection is published in twelve issues per year, with one issue per month. This is the twelfth issue of the 2007 annual collection, including five regulatory documents and fifteen departmental rules filed with the State Council published in November 2007. It alsosupplements one regulatory document and two judicial interpretations published in September 2007, and one judicial interpretation published in October 2007, totaling 24 items.
