Features: Military revolution differs from military reform and military technological revolution. Military reform is a gradual adjustment, while military technological revolution is limited to weapons and equipment. Military revolution, however, involves a series of changes in military theory, operational methods, weapons and equipment, organizational structures, and command systems. In modern world history, the 19th century saw the Prussian military revolution, while the 1930s witnessed military technological revolutions in the United States, Britain, France, and Germany, along with Germany's military revolution. At that time, Germany not only developed military technology but also produced corresponding military theory, such as the "Blitzkrieg" theory, while also making changes in military organizational structures and operational methods. Military transformations alter the nature of war and the application of military strategy. The trend of new military revolutions will inevitably lead to the convergence of military cultures in the East and West. Only by breaking the monopoly of high-tech weapons can we confront high-tech warfare. We must fully recognize the severity and urgency of this challenge, accelerate national defense research, and strive to develop our own high-tech weapons. In the construction of military informatization, information warfare holds an extremely important strategic position. Strong information offensive and defensive capabilities are the development requirements for advanced combat power in the information age.
