Features: According to the survey, both teachers and students attach great importance to the combination of teaching materials and legal documents in the process of "teaching" and "learning." However, a common issue is the lack of a well-established set of resources that can be conveniently adopted. Many teachers have to continuously copy relevant materials and distribute them to students, which is highly inconvenient. Therefore, we decided to organize the publication of the "Teaching Regulations" series to meet the needs of faculty and students in law schools in their "teaching" and "learning." This series consists of over 20 titles, published according to the core or major courses set in higher education law programs in China. Each book is closely aligned with the textbooks and is organized as much as possible in the order of textbook chapters, including important laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. It should be noted that, considering the needs of teaching, we have also included some abolished documents or comparisons between old and new versions.
To enable faculty and students to make full use of this series, we have set up a "Study Notes" section. Its purposes are twofold: first, to indicate the question-setting trends of past judicial examinations (including the bar examination); second, to provide a space for readers to take notes during their studies. Additionally, this series adds annotations to the main laws. During the editing process of this series, we consulted the opinions of some law schools across the country. Whether in terms of the creative ideas for the topics, the arrangement of the content, or the selected documents, we received strong support from relevant teachers in related disciplines. We sincerely express our gratitude here.
