This series focuses on a specific category or major interpretation, gathering background information on the drafting and explanation of the interpretation, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and interpretation provisions. Published works such as "Interpretation of Civil Procedure Evidence and Related Legal Norms" and "Interpretation of the Marriage Law and Related Legal Norms" have been well-received by readers. "Interpretation of Judicial Appraisal and Related Legal Norms" is one of the series. Judicial appraisal is an important task in criminal, civil, and administrative litigation. The three major litigation laws of China all regard "appraisal conclusions" as one of the types of evidence. As statutory evidence for determining facts, judicial appraisal conclusions play a significant, even decisive, role in litigation and arbitration. For this reason, the Supreme People's Court issued the "Provisional Regulations on Judicial Appraisal Work of the People's Courts" on November 16, 2001, and the "Provisions on the Management of External Entrustment of Judicial Appraisal by the People's Courts" on March 27, 2002. This book collects the standard texts of judicial appraisal interpretation, while also compiling related laws, regulations, departmental rules, and commonly used appraisal standards, to facilitate judicial personnel, lawyers, and the general public in accurately understanding and applying judicial appraisal interpretation and related content.
