Where can be treated

Patient's question:

Recently, I've been feeling a lot of pain in my testicles, and this week I've also had a fever. Usually, I feel cold, and when I take a bath, I touch my testicles and feel like there's a lot of liquid inside. Please ask: Where can I get balanitis treated?

Doctor's answer:

Is balanitis the cause of red and swollen foreskin? The recurrence of red spots or small papules on the penis foreskin is actually balanitis, and red and swollen foreskin with peeling is a common symptom of balanoposthitis, which is divided into balanitis and posthitis. Due to their frequent co-occurrence, it is called balanoposthitis. Balanoposthitis can be infectious or non-infectious, and clinically, infectious balanoposthitis is more common. Infectious balanoposthitis is often caused by uncleanliness, leading to infections with Candida albicans, trichomonas, chlamydia, mycoplasma, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, or other bacteria. Non-infectious factors are often due to an overhanging foreskin, insufficient hygiene, and the accumulation of unclean substances between the foreskin and glans, known as smegma, which can irritate the local foreskin and mucosa, causing inflammation.
