Author: Bao Xuexiang
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2006-08-01
Features: This book conducts an in-depth exploration of the medium- and long-term development of the pension insurance system in China's ethnic regions during the important period of strategic opportunities from the perspective of national economics. It places the pension insurance system within a comparative analysis framework that examines both the unique and common characteristics of different regions, linking economic development with social development. Based on social surveys, it establishes corresponding economic and mathematical analysis models to summarize general patterns of macroeconomic and social management. This book is the first to measure the scale of "empty accounts" in individual account funds across five autonomous regions from 1995 to 2004. It applies new materials to analyze the imbalance in pension insurance fund income and expenditure in ethnic autonomous regions, establishes a GM(1,1) model for population growth in ethnic autonomous regions from 2006 to 2020, and applies it to predict the scale of pension insurance fund income and expenditure gaps. It proposes an overall concept for improving the pension insurance system in ethnic autonomous regions from 2006 to 2020, as well as strategic pathways and policy recommendations for strengthening the supervision of pension insurance funds.
