Performance and all aspects of business operations are related. The execution of enterprise strategy and plans requires effective management. Enterprise management involves all aspects, but all involve performance issues. The purpose of management is to improve the performance of enterprise operations and achieve expected business results. So, what exactly is performance? Is performance a process or a result? Is performance the amount of work or the quality of work? Is performance work ability or work attitude? Is performance perception or relationship? Performance can be everything, but first and foremost, it is about the quality of results. It often extends in the direction of the causes of the results, tracing back the factors in reverse. It refers to the effective work behaviors and effective work outcomes adopted by an organization or individual within a certain time and under certain conditions to achieve predetermined goals. It is what we want, or it can be said to be the result. However, when certain factors directly affect the result, performance becomes associated with these factors. Alternatively, one could say that performance is primarily the result. When the impact of other factors on the result remains relatively constant, changing specific factors can promote better results. Controlling these factors is equivalent to controlling performance.
