It fully reflects the original form of the Japanese Company Law and mainly includes three parts: papers related to the Japanese Company Law, the Japanese Company Law Code, and the Outline of the Japanese Company Law. The papers related to the Japanese Company Law include: "The Significance of the New Company Law" (authored by Professor Kazuharu Egashira, Faculty of Law, Tokyo University); "The Process and Overview of the Company Law" (authored by Kazuo Aizawa, official counselor of the Minister of Justice of Japan); "Americanization of Japanese Company Law" (authored by Professor Chihhiro Fuji, Faculty of Law, Hitotsubashi University). The Outline of the Japanese Company Law mainly includes: an overview of the outline on the modernization of the company law system, the outline on the modernization of the company law system, a comparison table of the amendments to the old and new Japanese Company Laws, and relevant laws for the preparation of laws related to the implementation of the Company Law. Professor Wang Baoshu of the Faculty of Law, Tsinghua University, also includes an important paper titled "What the Japanese Company Law Tells Us."
