Features: In January 2003, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Justice jointly issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Examination and Recruitment of Prison and Labor Education Police in Judicial Administrative Organs," officially establishing the provincial unified examination and recruitment system for prison and labor education police. To further standardize the provincial unified examination and recruitment work of prison and labor education police, enhance the scientificity, fairness, and uniformity of the professional subject examination, and ensure the true and effective assessment of candidates' professional qualities, in accordance with relevant regulations, the Personnel Management Department of the Ministry of Personnel and the Political Department of the Ministry of Justice organized experts and scholars to formulate the "Examination Syllabus for Professional Subjects of the Recruitment Examination for Prison and Labor Education Police." At the same time, to assist candidates in learning and reviewing professional knowledge, we also compiled the book "Prison Professional Basic Knowledge," which has been reviewed and approved by the Personnel Management Department of the Ministry of Personnel. The "Examination Syllabus for Professional Subjects of the Recruitment Examination for Prison and Labor Education Police" and "Prison Professional Basic Knowledge" are the basic references for the unified question-setting of the professional subject examination for recruiting prison and labor education police in national judicial administrative organs. They serve as reference teaching materials for candidates' learning and review, and are also the designated teaching materials for the professional knowledge training of prison officers in the current and future period.
