The book is divided into thirteen chapters. The first two chapters briefly introduce the types of tea-scenting flowers and their main cultivation characteristics, as well as the basic structures, cultivation techniques, pot cultivation techniques, and basic knowledge and practical techniques of tea-scenting flowers in modern facilities such as solar greenhouses, plastic sheds, and shade houses. From the third to the tenth chapters, the book focuses on introducing the characteristics and cultivation techniques of eight main tea-scenting flowers, such as jasmine. The eleventh chapter introduces the main characteristics and cultivation techniques of four general tea-scenting flowers, such as Michelia alba. Additionally, the characteristics and traits of some uncommon but still developed tea-scenting flowers or used as rootstocks for grafting, such as Michelia fragrans and Magnolia kobus, are briefly introduced as similar species or varieties in relevant chapters. The last two chapters, the twelfth and thirteenth, provide a more detailed introduction to the basic principles and methods of disease and pest control for tea-scenting flowers, as well as the main diseases and pests of ten tea-scenting flowers, such as jasmine. It can serve as a reference for flower growers, rural grassroots cadres, teaching and research personnel, and flower enthusiasts.
