Tubal intervention embolization

Patient's question:

The onset time is unclear, mainly for tubal hydrops and adhesion. In September 2011, I underwent a three-mirror-one-thread treatment at Changchun Tianlun Infertility Hospital. In April 2013, I had a failed IVF at Beijing Jiayuan Hospital. In May 2013, I had a comprehensive examination at Beijing Jiuhua Infertility Hospital. During the imaging, it was said that the left fallopian tube had hydrops, and the right side was considered to have adhesion.

Doctor's answer:

It may be necessary to go to the hospital for tubal occlusion recanalization, which can be performed using the hysteroscopic COOK catheter recanalization technique or partial tubal resection and anastomosis. Hysteroscopic catheter recanalization involves inserting the COOK catheter into the interstitial part of the fallopian tube under the hysteroscope to perform tubal irrigation. Through the separation and dilation effect of the catheter and the impact of the liquid, the interstitial and isthmus parts of the fallopian tube are recanalized.
