Publish Date: 1997-12-01
Features: This book is one of the "Collected Notes on Qing Dynasty Historical Materials." It records several major historical events that occurred during the seven years from the 61st year of the Kangxi reign (1722 AD) to the 6th year of the Yongzheng reign (1728 AD), such as Yin Zhen's "usurpation" and the series of major political trials he initiated after ascending the throne, including the cases of Nian Gengyao, Long Kedu, Aqina, and Saisihe. It also covers the literary inquisitions targeting Wang Jingqi and Cha Sitong, as well as the military campaigns to "subdue" Qinghai. Although the genre is chronological, its nature is akin to general history.
