Author Introduction: Gao Qianhui graduated from the Western Painting Department of the Fine Arts Department at Cultural University, the Institute of Art at Cultural University, and pursued advanced studies in art history at the Art Institute of Chicago. She also took oil painting advanced studies at the Jesuit Private Studio in Chicago. She worked as a collection manager at the East Asian Museum in Chicago and as a book organizer at the University of Chicago Library. She is a freelance writer specializing in modern art and contemporary cultural phenomena.
