Features: This book was developed to meet the teaching needs of the Production and Operations Management course and was edited under the leadership of Professor Chen Rongqiu. It can be used in conjunction with the textbook "Production and Operations Management" published by this press. The exercise bank is derived from the author's years of teaching experience in production and operations management, and references materials provided by some foreign textbooks on production and operations management. The exercise bank includes three types of questions: true/false questions, multiple-choice questions, and calculation questions. For calculation questions, in addition to providing answers, solutions and problem-solving processes are also given to facilitate student learning. The cases included in this textbook were written by faculty and graduate students. These cases come from various enterprises and institutions in different industries in China, reflecting the actual production and operations activities in the country and are localized cases.
