Labor property rights and labor market

Features: The papers included in this collection span a long period, and readers will find obvious differences between earlier and later articles. First, the earlier articles were mostly written individually, while the recent ones were co-authored. Second, the research paradigms differ as well. Previous articles were largely based on traditional research styles, with more qualitative research and theoretical discussions, whereas recent years have seen more research using empirical analysis and quantitative methods. These two characteristics are interconnected and share common causes. The increased co-authorship in recent years is partly due to time and energy constraints. Since 1988, I have been involved in administrative work at the university,、、, and after the merger of four schools, I led the School of Economics. Starting last second half of the year, I began establishing the School of Public Administration, with increasing administrative responsibilities and social engagements consuming a significant portion of my time and energy, inevitably affecting my research work. Additionally, there are limitations in my knowledge structure. As Chinese economics accelerates its internationalization process and exchanges, collaboration has become more frequent. High-level domestic journals are increasingly aligning their publication standards with international norms, and the use of mathematical tools in economic research has become more prevalent.
