Features: Mongolia is our northern neighbor. China and Mongolia established diplomatic relations on October 16, 1949. Since then, the relationship between the two countries has experienced many twists and turns, but the mainstream has been continuously moving forward. Especially in recent years, with the increasing high-level exchanges between China and Mongolia, the China-Mongolia relationship has entered its best phase since the establishment of diplomatic ties over fifty years ago. In July 1999, during Jiang Zemin's official visit to Mongolia, he personally inscribed the phrase—""—as a full affirmation of the current state of the bilateral relationship. This manual consists of two parts: an introduction to the Mongolian language and script, and the main text. The main text includes twenty-nine topics, each featuring sentences, vocabulary, and annotations. To ensure the linguistic purity and ease of use of this manual, the design of topics and content is primarily based on Mongolia, and the writing follows the method of Mongolian first, Chinese second, and annotations third. Due to cultural differences or varying living environments, the expressions or rhetorical styles of the two languages for the same thing are often quite different, naturally resulting in some sentences where the wording in the two languages is not entirely the same. My writing principle is to respect the respective expressive habits of the two languages as much as possible, prioritizing the authenticity and naturalness of their spoken forms.
