Features: A few days later, after finishing a hunt, I was walking home with my ammunition exhausted, leaving only an empty-barreled rifle on my shoulder. Suddenly, a wild boar charged at me with madness. This welcome was really quite uncomfortable. For safety, I quickly climbed up the nearest tree. The birch tree I climbed wasn’t very big and swayed so much that it almost couldn’t support me. While my feet were still dangling from the trunk, the wild boar charged at the small birch tree again. Just as the sharp tusks fiercely slammed into my feet, I barely managed to pull my feet up in time—what a close call! It was only by a second that it missed. However, the force of the impact was tremendous—the boar’s sharp teeth pierced a hole in the small birch tree, and an inch-long boar tooth was still exposed on the other side of the trunk! Of course, the wild boar couldn’t move either. Without hesitation, I slid down the tree, picked up a fist-sized round stone, and flattened the boar tooth sticking out of the trunk, just like a rivet hammered into the tree, so the boar could no longer pull it out. After finishing all this, I went home leisurely. The next morning, I brought a fully loaded rifle with gunpowder and pushed a cart with a few people to the birch tree. I thought the wild boar must have had a terrible night! But I couldn’t care less about that. I aimed firmly at its fierce eyes and fired a shot. The bullet went through its eyes and into its head, finally making it my trophy. P19-22
