How is HELLP syndrome treated? Doctor, please help us, very much

Patient's question:

Postpartum days three to four

Doctor's answer:

Active treatment of preeclampsia should follow the principles of spasmolysis, sedation, antihypertension, and reasonable volume expansion, with diuretics administered when necessary.
Adrenal cortical hormones can improve parameters such as platelet count, lactate dehydrogenase, and liver function, leading to a decrease in mean arterial pressure. They can also promote fetal lung maturation. Dexamethasone should be administered intravenously at a dose of 10 mg every 12 hours during pregnancy, and should continue to be used three times postpartum.
Controlling bleeding and platelet transfusion. When platelet counts are <20 or bleeding occurs, concentrated platelets and fresh frozen plasma should be transfused. However, prophylactic platelet transfusion does not prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.
