I got married in June of this year and experienced a natural miscarriage in August. After that, everything related to my menstrual cycle was normal.Starting this month, after a few sexual encounters, I sometimes experience pain in my right lower abdomen about 24 hours later. The pain is intermittent, lasting for about 1-2 episodes with a pause of a few minutes in between, and the total duration is around 10-20 minutes. It's not very severe.
(I had an ultrasound in December last month, and everything, including the ovaries and adnexa, was fine—no signs of inflammation.)
