Pubic hair itching

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Persistent pubic hair itching (some hair roots have white spots, and scratching leads to peeling off white scales; without scratching, it does not fall off. Sometimes it feels like tiny bugs are crawling. However, it is confirmed not to be pubic lice.) Accompanied by clitoral itching, otherwise normal.
Duration and onset of the current condition: The past 10 days
Current general condition: Itching comes and goes, severe at night.
Medical history: Previously found 3 pus cells in leukorrhea.
Additional question: If it is a fungal infection, what topical medication should be used? Will Daktarin cream work?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: It can be used, and it will have a very good effect.
