Features: After weathering the storms of the business world for a century, the MBA program at Harvard Business School has created numerous miracles in the business community. In the midst of the turbulent sea, it has demonstrated extraordinary heroism and is hailed as the "elite factory for cultivating general managers," the "temple in mythology," and the "Vatican of the business world." Over the past two decades of China's reform and opening-up, we have continuously introduced and absorbed management thoughts and experiences from developed Western countries to deepen our understanding of the laws governing the development of the commodity economy under large-scale social production and to enhance the level of modern management in our country. The stories of Harvard Business School and its graduates are widely circulated in the business world, but why has Harvard succeeded, and what have MBAs gained from their time at Harvard? These questions have been overshadowed by too many Harvard books, yet there is an urgent need for a practical, comprehensive, and systematic toolbook that reflects Harvard's management methods and theories. We have compiled this "Complete Harvard Management System" as a gift to entrepreneurs, managers, and our fellow professionals, while also filling a significant gap in the modernization of management in China.
The "Complete Harvard Management System" draws from the essence of Harvard Business School's 150 years of teaching and integrates a vast number of management cases from the school. It selects the finest and discards the mediocre, presenting a structured and tabular format to enhance operability and practicality. Organized in line with the ISO 9000 series standards for a comprehensive quality management system, it provides models and tools for business elites to develop various decision-making plans. The book is divided into twenty-one units, with the main content organized as follows:
