Have you read Rousseau's Confessions? In his Confessions, Rousseau frankly dissected his soul. The author of this book is also a brave person who dissected her own soul. This dissection is in pursuit of the meaning of the common essence of human life, from individuality to universality, from the small self to the great self, seeking a path of liberation for humanity shrouded in mist. When life enters the realm of Zen, the spiritual flower blooms. Zen enlightenment is not merely external meditation but inner realization, the development of deep intuition. With higher wisdom, transcending the contradictions of reality and the suffering of the heart, allowing life to enter a state of harmony and happiness—this is the path to liberation, the best way to heal the heart. Visually, this book is also different from traditional autobiographies. The theme of awakening life is presented with photographs, which serve as powerful evidence as rich carriers of life's information, from the outside in. The creation, design, and annotations of the photographs reflect my understanding of life. All the human figures are self-taken and computer-designed, embodying my deep exploration of culture and life, hoping to lead people to a more elegant and noble realm of life.
