Features: This book includes three ancient classics appended to the "Ping Sha Yu Chi Jing" in the "Shu Shu Le Xiang Zhai Xiang Mu Shu" series of "The Imperial Palace Rare Manuscript Collection": "Lu Ban Jing," "Zhe Quan Quan Ji," and "Mie Ju Xian Ji." The original text was stored in the palace and is a rare and valuable Ming Wanli Bingsha year edition from the Huixian Zhai publishing house, holding high version value. The "Ping Sha Yu Chi Jing" was also compiled and published concurrently with this book. This book is not only a unique-style treatise on architectural feng shui but also a work on the art of architectural structural techniques. It holds the belief that common building materials like bricks and tiles, as well as small plots of land and pieces of wood, are closely linked to auspiciousness and inauspiciousness. The front, back, left, right, and dimensions of a building are also deeply intertwined with fortune and misfortune. The book also introduces how ancient people selected auspicious days and the common talismans used in ancient rituals to ward off various disasters. It is worth specially introducing to readers that the original text contains numerous illustrations depicting various ancient Chinese buildings and furniture, allowing us to see their specific forms today. The content of Shu Shu (a branch of Chinese metaphysics) is vast and complex, and it has been misunderstood for a long time. To provide readers with a comprehensive and correct understanding of Shu Shu, this series has invited relevant experts to write two prefaces: the first primarily clarifies the role of Shu Shu in traditional Chinese culture, and the second primarily explains what Shu Shu is.
