Can marginal behavior lead to pregnancy?

Patient's question:

Although I have never had sexual intercourse, once my boyfriend accidentally to the vicinity of the vagina while he was sleeping. A few days later, my period came, and then it came again in the following month (this month). However, recently I have been feeling nausea, dizziness, and a bulge in my lower abdomen, with bowel movements every two or three days. I don’t know if it’s due to a cold or indigestion. Could it be pregnancy?
I’ve heard that some people still have their period even after being pregnant for several months. I’m very worried.
Also, the days before the period, around four to five days, should be considered a safe period, right? It shouldn’t lead to pregnancy, should it?

Doctor's answer:

This situation could be pregnancy. Generally, as long as there is secretion in the external genitalia, it may carry a small amount of sperm, which could lead to pregnancy.
