Among the newly added terms, in addition to general vocabulary, a significant portion consists of words and terms related to Indian philosophy, religion, literature, arts, customs, social conditions, as well as commonly used scientific and technical terms, current event expressions, proper nouns, and acronyms. The definitions, collocations, examples, idioms, and proverbs of existing entries have also been expanded. The overall scale of the book is three times that of the original. The appendices have also been supplemented and adjusted. The original proper nouns, as well as prefixes, suffixes, and parts of compound words in Hindi, are now included as entries in the main text.
