1. Chronic cervicitis
Leukorrhea is abundant, with a milky, viscous consistency or light yellow purulent discharge, occasionally mixed with a small amount of blood streaks. It may cause lower back and sacral pain, pelvic lower pain, and can lead to infertility.
2. Vaginitis
Leukorrhea increases, becoming thin and foamy or thick, white, cheesy-like. It may be odorless or have a foul smell. Itching, burning pain, or pain during intercourse may occur in the vaginal opening and external genitalia. Sometimes, frequent urination, urinary pain, or hematuria may be observed.
3. Uterine fibroids
