Features: The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has recently issued the "Regulations on Cadre Training Work (Trial)" and issued a notice, requiring all regions and departments to seriously implement it. The notice points out that the promulgation and implementation of the "Regulations on Cadre Training Work Conditions (Trial)" is an important measure to strengthen and improve cadre training work. It is of great significance for cultivating and shaping a high-quality cadre team, promoting the construction of a learning-oriented party and a learning-oriented society, and enhancing the Party's governing capacity and advanced nature. The notice requires that all levels of Party committees (leading groups) and relevant departments should fully recognize the importance of implementing the "Regulations on Cadre Training Work Conditions (Trial)" and, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on Cadre Training Work (Trial)," innovate training content, improve training methods, integrate training resources, optimize training teams, and enhance training quality. It is necessary to advance the scientific, institutionalized, and standardized development of cadre training work, truly implementing the strategic task of large-scale cadre training and significantly improving cadre quality proposed by the Central Committee, and providing ideological and political guarantees, talent support, and intellectual support for the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society and the accelerated development of modernization.
