Features: Based on the "Implementation Measures for the National Judicial Examination (Trial)" and the overall plan for the 2006 National Judicial Examination, the Ministry of Justice organized relevant experts to revise and complete this syllabus on the basis of the "2005 National Judicial Examination Syllabus." This syllabus consists of the following two parts:
1. Examination Instructions for the 2006 National Judicial Examination;
2. Key Points and Scope of Examination for Each Subject.
During the writing and revision process of this syllabus, strong support was provided by the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the All-China Bar Association, the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, College of Foreign Affairs, Jilin University, Wuhan University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Central South University of Economics and Law, South China University of Technology, Hainan University, Beijing Hanhua Law Firm, Beijing Jincheng Law Firm, and other units.
