Features: Xie Chun graduated from the Traditional Chinese Medicine program at Nanjing University of TCM. In 1996, he became a pharmacist at the Central Pharmacy of Nanjing Second Hospital. In 1999, he went to Japan for studies and obtained his Master's degree in Applied Biological Sciences from Tokyo University of Agriculture in 2004. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor Kuniyoshi Kikawa and Associate Professor Shingo Abe in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Tokyo University of Agriculture (second year). He has published three academic papers in international journals and at national academic conferences in Japan. He has extensive research in food therapy and medicinal diets. He once served as the deputy editor of the "Practical Handbook of Medicinal Diet Recipes" (People's) and contributed to 11 other specialized and popular science books, including "Practical Food Therapy for Elderly Diseases" (Shanghai Science and Technology Press) and "Symptomatic Supplementation" (Nanjing Normal University Press).
