Features: Legal issues are important in the construction of new rural areas. This book is written in the form of Q&A to address the legal issues frequently encountered by farmers in their daily lives. It is close to farmers and their lives, aiming to solve legal problems for farmers, protect their legitimate rights and interests, raise their legal awareness, and build a harmonious society. At the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, the Central Committee explicitly stated: "Building a socialist new rural area is a major historical task in China's modernization process. It should be advanced steadily and solidly in accordance with the requirements of developing production, improving living standards, promoting civilized customs, tidying up village environments, and managing democracy. We should coordinate urban and rural economic and social development, advance the construction of modern agriculture, comprehensively deepen rural reforms, vigorously develop rural public services, and do everything possible to increase farmers' incomes." Legal issues are important in the construction of new rural areas. In response to the Central Committee's call to build a socialist new rural area, we have organized scholars and practical personnel who are concerned about the interests of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. We have selected legal issues frequently encountered by farmers in their daily lives and compiled this "Legal Guidance Series for the Construction of Socialist New Rural Areas." The purpose of planning this series is to be close to farmers, close to their lives, solve problems, protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, raise their legal awareness, and contribute our modest efforts to the construction of a socialist new rural area and the building of a harmonious society.
