Features: This book retains the essence of Corporate Strategy Analysis. The pricing strategy section in the representative competitive strategy, despite involving complex economic principles, generally received positive feedback from senior management during my lectures, as they found it not only understandable but also enlightening. This motivated me to explore and research the economic principles of corporate pricing strategy and its practical guidance in greater depth. The writing of this book references a large number of domestic and international literature, and also incorporates some of my recent research findings, which are listed in the references. According to the characteristics of the Corporate Strategy course, this book includes numerous examples, and these examples are integrated into the explanation of the main content. To enhance the empirical aspect of teaching, this book also includes some cases at the end. These cases are sourced from multiple channels: some come from research reports on various government and corporate projects I have recently undertaken, some from the theses of students I have supervised for the MAB program, some from the assignments of MBA students who have attended my lectures, and some from various media. Considering the already substantial length of the main text, only 14 cases are selected for this book. The remaining cases will be compiled into a separate casebook as a supplementary teaching material. Corporate Strategy Economics, whether in terms of the overall structural design, the arrangement of content in each chapter, or the selection of cases, is still just an attempt.
