Features: The book is divided into five volumes: "Commentaries on Integrity," "Epigraphs of Integrity in Rhyme," "Integrity's Helper and Corruption's Helper," "Short Stories of Integrity," and "Performing Arts of Integrity." It has made new progress in both content and form. As I have said before, to do well in the publicity and education work of anti-corruption and integrity, we must follow the principle of "starting from the concrete to grasp the abstract, turning the soft into the hard, and making practical efforts for intangible tasks." We must also adhere to "acting decisively on what is clear, not giving up on our advantages, persisting in good practices, and not abandoning what has been praised." These are proven effective methods in practice. The publication of the "China Integrity Culture Series" embodies such methods and principles, reflecting the spirit of inheriting while developing and innovating in development. It is a concentrated showcase of the achievements made by Yinzhou District in its persistent efforts to promote integrity culture.
Integrity culture is based on advanced integrity systems, guided by cutting-edge integrity theories, centered around progressive integrity concepts, and carried forward by advanced literary and artistic works on integrity. It has a profound historical heritage, extensive cultural knowledge, and rich social practice. Integrity culture is an important part of China's advanced culture and a vital component of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and political civilization. Strengthening the construction of integrity culture is an urgent need to implement the "Three Represents" and the Scientific Outlook on Development, build a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and construct a harmonious socialist society. It is the foundational work for in-depth anti-corruption and integrity campaigns and a key element in establishing a sound system for combating and preventing corruption.
