The content covers issues related to criminal, civil and commercial, administrative legal theory and judicial practice research, as well as modern judicial concepts. It plays a significant role in achieving the sharing of judicial resources and promoting the integration of judicial practice and theoretical research. This book compiles outstanding papers and judicial cases from the Fangshan District People's Court of Beijing from 2003 to 2004. The book is divided into two volumes. The first volume includes 41 papers, and the second volume includes 46 cases. The compilation of these papers and cases was primarily motivated by the following considerations: First, through in-depth reflection on the problems in new and difficult criminal cases that arise in judicial practice, the knowledge gradually accumulated by judges in the process of judicial practice, such as fact determination, legal application, and judicial work methods, is accumulated in written form to promote the sharing of judicial resources and the integration of judicial practice and theoretical research. Second, through this approach, judicial resources are shared, and the integration of judicial practice and theoretical research is promoted. Third, through this approach, the academic level of judicial personnel is comprehensively demonstrated, and this serves as an opportunity to improve the comprehensive quality of judicial personnel.
