How to determine if you are pregnant

Patient's question:

Last month, there was cohabitation on the 26th and 27th, and my period came on the 28th. However, it's been a few days late this month. Usually, my period is very regular, and recently I've been feeling breast tenderness and feverish.
I am an HBV carrier.

Doctor's answer:

Hepatitis B patients should pay attention to dietary nutrition during pregnancy. Consume a low-fat, high-protein, and high-vitamin diet, eat more whole grains, and reduce the intake of refined rice and flour. Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, strong tea, and coffee to reduce liver burden. Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, soy products, mushrooms, milk, fresh fish, and eggs to enhance immunity. Maintain moderate food intake, eat a light diet, and advocate balanced nutrition. Avoid blind supplementation to prevent excessive weight gain, which could lead to a macrosomia or fatty liver.
