Is not menstruating pregnancy?

Patient's question:

25th roommates (but didn't ejaculate, just moved a few times and left)
Menstruation usually comes around the 7th, 8th, or 9th of each month. This month, it hasn't arrived yet. I don't know if I'm pregnant.
Medical history and effectiveness:
In early June, I took three doses of progesterone because I had something to do and wanted to avoid my menstrual period, but it didn't delay my period. Around June 23rd, due to contraceptive failure, I took emergency contraception (Damei). However, last month's period didn't delay, and it basically came on time.
What help do I need:
Am I pregnant, or did the medication from last month affect it?

Doctor's answer:

For women with regular menstrual cycles, experiencing a delay or advancement of 7 days or less is considered a normal phenomenon. If the menstrual cycle is delayed by more than one week, pregnancy should be the first consideration. A pregnancy test can be used for diagnosis, and a follow-up test may be necessary after 10-15 days if needed.
Recommendation: If pregnancy is ruled out, menstrual irregularities may be caused by factors such as environmental changes, exposure to cold, consumption of cold foods, stress, or the use of sex hormone medications. In most cases, the condition can resolve on its own, and there is no need to worry excessively. If necessary, hormone six tests or ultrasound examinations can be conducted to confirm the diagnosis and facilitate treatment.
