What are the reasons for an increase in white discharge?

Patient's question:

Hello: I wonder what is wrong if there is an increase in leukorrhea and the urge to vomit but nothing comes out after staying in the same room with Yuejin for a week.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, epilepsy can be further classified based on different clinical manifestations:
1. Generalized tonic-clonic seizure refers to episodes of accompanied by loss of consciousness. Eye muscle contraction causes the whites of the eyes to roll, while jaw muscle contraction leads to the mouth opening and then forcefully closing, which may cause the patient to bite their tongue. Respiratory muscle contraction results in a loud scream followed by cessation of breathing; neck and trunk muscle contraction causes the body to spasm and twist backward, and so on.
2. Simple partial seizure refers to abnormal discharges in localized cortical areas of the brain, causing symptoms corresponding to the function of that area, including motor, sensory, autonomic, psychiatric symptoms, and signs. It is divided into four categories: ① With motor symptoms, such as involuntary twitching of the corners of the eyes or facial muscles; ② With somatosensory or special sensory symptoms; ③ With autonomic symptoms and signs; ④ With psychiatric symptoms.
3. Complex partial seizure is traditionally referred to as psychomotor seizure and is accompanied by impaired consciousness. Aura often occurs before or just as loss of consciousness begins, so during the postictal period, patients may retain memories of the preceding or impending episode.
4. Absence seizure is characterized by brief episodes of unresponsiveness without prior warning symptoms or postictal signs.
5. Status epilepticus refers to a single seizure lasting more than half an hour, or frequent seizures occurring before the patient has fully recovered from the previous episode, with the total duration exceeding 30 minutes. Status epilepticus is a life-threatening emergency requiring immediate intervention.
