Features: Since the Supreme People's Procuratorate launched the reform of the Procuratorial Committee system, various regions have adopted a series of effective measures. The work of the Procuratorial Committee has been generally improved and strengthened, and its role as the primary decision-making body of the procuratorial organs has become more prominent. To promote the standardized development of the Procuratorial Committee and further enhance its work in terms of quality and efficiency, this book has been compiled. The book is divided into two parts. The first part is a selected collection of commonly used documents for Procuratorial Committee work, including General, Criminal Non-criminal Proceedings, State Compensation, Prevention of Duty Crimes, Civil and Administrative Law, which collects commonly used laws, regulations, judicial interpretations, and normative documents in Procuratorial Committee work. The second part is a compilation of relevant provisions of the Procuratorial Committee, including Provisions on Procuratorial Committee Work and Related Work Regulations, which focuses on collecting provisions from laws and judicial interpretations as well as normative documents concerning the Procuratorial Committee and related work. These provisions serve as both the basis for carrying out Procuratorial Committee work and the criteria that must be followed. The entire book is characterized by authority, comprehensiveness, and practicality. This book can serve as a working tool for Procuratorial Committee members and staff of the Procuratorial Committee office in various levels of procuratorial organs, as well as a reference book for procuratorial officers. At the same time, it can also be used as a professional reference book for other civil servants, lawyers, and students and teachers of law schools, as well as for citizens in their work and studies.
