Features: The Certified International Logistics Specialist (CILS) is a professional qualification certification system in the field of international logistics management. It was launched by the Commercial Skill Assessment Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the International Business Professional Qualification Assessment Committee, based on the development history of the global logistics industry, referencing practices from developed countries, and considering the current state of China's logistics industry in line with international conventions. To accelerate the cultivation of intermediate and senior international logistics professionals in line with China's actual situation in international logistics and supply chain management, the International Logistics Specialist (CILS) Certification Office was established with approval from the Commercial Skill Assessment Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, responsible for the system development and implementation of the project. The system construction adheres to the principles of internationalization, professionalism, and standardization, with the aim of creating an internationally recognized certification system and cultivating "working international logistics specialists." It establishes the authoritative status of China's professional qualification standardization. The CILS certification it issues is characterized by its international, forward-looking, and practical nature, serving as the "passport" for logistics and supply chain management positions in relevant domestic and foreign organizations.
