How to determine who the child is during pregnancy

Patient's question:

The previous menstrual cycles were consistently delayed. The last period was on July 22, ending on July 25. On July 30, I had sex with my ex-boyfriend. From August 2 to 6, I was with my current boyfriend. My ex-boyfriend had sex with me in a deep manner (internal ejaculation). He is A blood type, while both I and my current boyfriend are O blood type. If we do an ABO blood incompatibility test, I have an anti-A titer of 1:256. Could the child be my ex-boyfriend's?

Doctor's answer:

Hello, the date of ovulation for women is generally around 14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menstrual period, count backwards 14 days or subtract 14 days to find the ovulation day. The ovulation day, plus the 5 days before it and the 4 days after it, together make up the ovulation period. Your ovulation period is around September 30th, so there is a possibility of pregnancy in your situation, but it cannot be determined whose child it is.
