Features: These materials were produced due to work requirements, some of which were directives from superiors, some were opinions reached through collective research by the leadership, and of course, some were the author's own reflections. It should be noted that not all the content in this collection is the author's invention. However, since they all come from the author's mouth and hands, the author naturally bears responsibility for the issues presented. The content collected in this volume spans from 1981 to the end of 1993 when I withdrew from line. This is a partial record of the author's time in leadership. At the editor's suggestion, some materials from 1994 onwards were also included. Because some content is related to previous topics, it is appended at the end, considered a follow-up. The main focus of the collection is on publishing work. Some content related to copyright is also included because copyright work has long been managed under the publishing department. According to the conventions of this type of collection, only the publisher's name is listed in the title, without mentioning copyright. When compiling the collection, it was necessary to select materials that might be useful while also striving to compress the overall length of the book. As a result, some entries include the full text, some include selected chapters, and some were not included at all. All included materials are presented in their original form, with minor textual revisions made where necessary.
