The Road Traffic Safety Law emphasizes the protection of the personal safety of the broad masses of the people, reflecting the spirit of "people-centered," making the protection of personal safety the primary legislative purpose. It stresses the combination of legal management and convenience for the public, requiring road traffic safety administrative departments and enforcement personnel to strictly abide by the law. It clearly stipulates penalties for violations of road traffic management laws and regulations to ensure road traffic safety and smoothness. Based on the summary of road traffic management experience, it focuses on scientific traffic management, legalizing management methods and reform achievements that have been proven effective in practice. To help road traffic management departments, traffic police, and citizens understand and grasp the legislative intent of the law, correctly interpret its various provisions, and solve problems encountered in learning and enforcing the law, colleagues from the Criminal Law Office of the National People's Congress Legal Affairs Commission who participated in the legislative work of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China wrote "Q&A on the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China." This book breaks down the eight chapters of the Road Traffic Safety Law into 223 questions and provides answers to each one. It is lively and easy to understand, making it an excellent and timely resource for law enforcement agencies, law enforcement personnel, and the general public to study the Road Traffic Safety Law.
