Publish Date: 1999-12-01
Features: This volume includes Aristotle's Politics and The Constitution of Athens. Politics pioneered the study of Western political science. It is said that Aristotle studied and recorded the history and current state of 158 Greek city-states, and The Constitution of Athens is the only surviving chapter among them. This volume has revised some of the translations, added a preface by the translator, notes, and a bilingual (Greek-English) index, which further aids readers in understanding and studying Aristotle's political theories.
