Features: Do you remember the who moved chairs with friends to watch TV at the neighbor's house? Or the wearing bright red scarves doing morning exercises? Eating ice creams for five cents a piece, watching movies that cost twenty cents which felt extravagant, those days, we were simple and happy. We looked forward to the Spring Festival Gala on TV, and were delighted to be model students, receiving certificates and red flowers. We once skipped meals to watch The Legend of the Condor Heroes, Dong Feng Jia (Boxer Hero), and Shanghai; ran through nearby villages just to see outdoor movies; loved Teresa Teng's melodic songs as much as Zhang Mingmin's China Heart. We weren't the steady 60s generation nor the rebellious 80s generation—we were the 70s generation living between ideals and reality. The 70s Generation Memory Collection records our memories of beautiful, innocent, and sincere times. Some stories are like aged wine, the longer they stay stored, the more they deserve to be savored and reflected upon.
