Features: The student affairs principal actually has some advantages, and it's related to books. The more one reads, the broader their horizons become, knowing what people did in the past and what their peers are doing now. The more one reads, the more they learn, and unconsciously, they start to compare. Through comparison, they realize what are meaningless pseudo-issues, thus not wasting time. Removing pseudo-issues makes it easier to grasp valuable fundamental problems, allowing them to focus on their work with undivided attention. Scholars often have an academic demeanor, enjoying debates and always thinking things through before formulating plans. Unconsciously, they imagine themselves as strategists, feeling proud of their insights, and then sincerely encourage teachers to take small steps. Perhaps a sincere principal is more persuasive, or maybe teachers are inherently readers, easily understanding the intentions of a scholarly principal. This book is part of the "Daxia Series" and is divided into six sections: Upholding the Humanistic Spirit of Intellectuals; Leading Schools with Culture; Cultural Construction of a School; Western Education in the Southern Hemisphere; Writing Language Teaching with Life; Sincerely Reading, Sincerely Understanding People. It compiles some of the principal's thoughts, actions, speeches, and articles since assuming the role. It includes topics on school management, language teaching, as well as book reviews and prefaces, presenting a genuine record.
