Features: This book is compiled based on the newly released listening test formats and requirements by the College English Test Committee. It consists of three parts. Part 1 introduces the listening test formats; Part 2 is divided into four sections: Short Conversations, Long Conversations, Compound Dictation, and Short Passages. Each section categorically explains the corresponding test format, sample questions, and problem-solving techniques. After each format introduction, there are (supplementary exercises) to help candidates improve their listening comprehension skills effectively. Part 3 includes ten mock test papers. In addition to typical short conversation questions, other sections are accompanied by audio recordings. To reduce the burden on candidates and facilitate convenient review, all audio recordings have been produced in MP3 format, a novel approach in similar publications.
