Features: This book is divided into seventeen chapters. The book has the following features during the writing process: First, the content is up-to-date. Based on reviewing numerous references and works, and combining China's specific conditions with the authors' long-term practical experience, new perspectives and opinions on the morphological manifestations and diagnosis of some liver diseases are expressed, fully reflecting the latest research achievements in this field. Second, it covers a broad scope. It not only comprehensively describes the pathological changes of major liver diseases and the pathological changes of systemic diseases in the liver, but also introduces the pathological changes and diagnostic key points of rare liver diseases. Third, it is highly practical. It primarily emphasizes the gross changes and differential diagnosis of liver pathology, while not elaborating on general pathogenesis. Fourth, it is richly illustrated. The authors selected over 300 images from their extensive collection of liver sections, most of which are color images, including typical and rare disease images in both color and black and white electron microscopy. These images avoid contrast issues and accurately reflect the microscopic characteristics of the lesions. At the same time, it adopts a combination of text and images (especially for infectious disease, gastroenterology, and general surgery personnel) and basic researchers as an important reference book.
