Features: This book aims to propose a new solution to the issue of farmers. The farmer issue referred to in this book is what people commonly call the "Three Rural Issues." So, why don't we use the term "Three Rural Issues" and instead propose the farmer issue? This is not only because the farmer issue is the essence and core of the Three Rural Issues but also because different terms can lead to different approaches to solving the problem. The term "Three Rural Issues" might make people think that the issues of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas are interconnected, leading to solutions that focus on agricultural development and rural prosperity to achieve farmer wealth. In reality, while the farmer issue originates in rural areas, its fundamental solution lies beyond agriculture and rural areas. By proposing the farmer issue, we also propose a completely different solution from previous approaches. Let's look at the chapter arrangement of this book to see the differences. Chapter is the derivation and description of the framework system. In the remaining four chapters, only Chapter 2 discusses policies related to agriculture and rural areas, while the other three chapters have little to do with rural areas. Chapter 5 is entirely about the housing industry. This is precisely our main point: the farmer issue arises within the Three Rural Issues, but its solution lies outside them. The entire book explores a feasible path to address the farmer issue outside the Three Rural Issues.
